Nitrox diving on the Atami wreck "Asahi 16"

Atami wreck "Asahi 16" can use 32% Nitrox.

At this point, where the maximum depth is 30m and even the shallowest part is 22m, many divers who dive in normal air have to reach the limit of decompression unnecessary while leaving residual pressure and must ascend, and the second one is the other shallow depth. Select a point. With Nitrox, you can extend the decompression-free limit, stay longer and deeper, and enjoy diving like exploring the interior of a wreck.

The points other than the wreck are also attractive and fun, but when I actually dive, I wanted to dive into the huge wreck, and I wanted to get inside the ship more and more.

Therefore, & Ocean will cooperate with the local dive service to prepare 32% Nitrox and perform a double dive on the wreck. This is a dive plan that is absolutely impossible with normal 21% air, and you can feel the power of Nitrox. (Double dive may not be possible depending on sea conditions and congestion.) In addition, 36% Nitrox is available for customers who consume less air and want to dive longer.

If you have a Nitrox license, you can use 32% Nitrox for an additional fee. (Advance reservation required)

32% Nitrox (10L) 2 tanks 4400 yen

36% Nitrox (10L) 2 tanks 5900 yen

If you don't have a Nitrox license yet
Take the PADI Enriched Air Diver Course on the Atami wreck "Asahi 16"

You can take the PADI Enriched Air Diver Course on the Atami wreck "Asahi 16".

In Queensland, Australia, where & Ocean is based, it is a requirement to actually complete two dives using enriched air, not just a course.

& Ocean will follow the rules in Japan as well, and will not only conduct the course but also actually dive using the enriched air on the Atami wreck "Asahi 16" and certify it.

Some people say, "I should have more for the time being," or "It's a specialty that can be used." First of all, Nitrox is meaningless for those who lose residual pressure before the decompression unnecessary limit, or for diving with a shallow average water depth.

Atami wreck "Asahi 16" has a maximum depth of 30m and a deepest part of 22m, so there is a big difference in the decompression unnecessary limit between diving with normal air and diving with enriched air. In fact, on the Atami wreck "Asahi 16", many divers who dive in normal air reach the limit of no need for decompression while leaving residual pressure, and ascend. Therefore, & Ocean will prepare Nitrox in cooperation with the local dive service, and if the sea conditions permit, we will perform 2 dives by wreck. This is a dive plan that is absolutely impossible with normal 21% air, and you can feel the power of Nitrox.

In the & Ocean class, you can see the difference by actually diving in such an environment. In addition, if you have your own computer, we will guide you so that you can actually use it, such as operating your own computer and setting it to enriched air mode.
