
You'll have the chance to dive both the north and south sides of Amami. The island stretches about 100 kilometers from end to end, and there are noticeable differences between the two regions—each with its own unique charm.
I'm the only guide on the island with experience from the Great Barrier Reef, and I hope to share with you just how special and extraordinary the ocean here in Amami truly is.

Most dives are conducted around the Kakeroma Island area, known for its untouched natural beauty.
The dive sites here are famous for beautiful coral reefs and unique marine life such as the rare Staghorn Coral Hermit Crab, only found in this region.
Weather permitting, we also dive at offshore (outer reef) sites.
